Who am I?
My name is Manuel VELASQUEZ, but I'm mostly known as VZ. I'm a passionate wedding photographer living in the southwest of France, at the foot of the Pyrenees. My journey with photography began at a very young age, thanks to my father, a laboratory technician. He taught me the magic of film photography and the art of capturing precious moments.
For me, photography isn't just about witnessing. It immortalizes life, emotions, and memories. My unique style and personality allow my clients to preserve their most precious moments.

My travels and my passion for painting have fueled my creativity. I admire masters like Caravaggio, Rembrandt, and Delacroix. Their play of light and shadow influences my work. In photography, I particularly like the photojournalism of Henri Cartier-Bresson and the black and white of Sebastião Salgado.
